The Police Explorer program is designed to introduce young adults with the nature and complexity of law enforcement. The purpose of this program is to build individual character, build leadership skills, gain appreciation for community service and develop good citizenship. These characteristics will help the Explorers prepare for a career in law enforcement and to become future leaders.
