Farmers Market at the Cibolo

The mission of The Farmers Market at the Cibolo is to provide area residents the opportunity to buy Hill Country grown and produced products and support local farmers and specialty vendors. If it’s homemade, handmade or fresh and tasty, you can get it at the Farmers Market at the Cibolo. Held every Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM (rain or shine) starting in March and running through December, the Farmers Market at the Cibolo also offers educational and cultural events and a place to visit with friends and neighbors. There is always something fun happening at the Market!

Peggy's On The Green

Lounge on the broad, breezy wraparound porch, cocktail in hand. Step into a lovingly restored 19th century dining room to savor contemporary interpretations of Southern heritage foods and classic American dishes. Sit down to a familiar, casual, satisfying menu influenced by seasonal bounty from area farms and the affinity of beef and mesquite smoke that is the soul of the Hill Country.

Open: Lunch and dinner, Tuesday-Sunday. Sunday brunch. The bar is open all day until close.

 

The Dienger Trading Co.

The Dienger Trading Co. is an exceptionally unique Boerne business. It resides in the Historic Dienger Building in the heart of Boerne across Blanco Rd. from Main Plaza and the Gazebo. Inside the well-loved building hosts a true community hub. A bakery, espresso bar and bistro are located just inside the front doors. Past the seating space you will find a quaint little bookstore with literary choices for all ages. The heart of the establishment is the adorable boutique which hosts a wide variety of treasures that will delight any shopper.

Valeria Ristorante Italiano

Their philosophy is that life is too short to eat bad food or drink bad wine.  They believe in knowing where their ingredients come from, and searching out the very best!   They use ingredients from their farm outside of Boerne and from partners who care as much as they do about raising healthy plants and animals.  They believe in clean food, without GMOs, trans fats, additives or preservatives.

259 Brantley's Bistro is a family owned dining establishment located in the heart of historic Olde Town in Boerne. Proud to be a "Go Texan" Restaurant, Brantley's Bistro offers a Texas only craft beer and wine selection. You will find excellent choices for lunch, including fresh salads, made from scratch soups, creative sandwiches and items off the grill as well. As for dinner, you can enjoy great Texas wild game, fresh fish and seafood specials.
