Fun fact: this local bistro is located in a historic Boerne building that was originally a bakery/saloon and living quarters for German immigrant Ludwig Ort and his wife Olga Vogt of Boerne!

Savor the tastes of The Dienger’s lighter-fare menu. Order classic comfort foods like biscuits and gravy, buttermilk pancakes, French toast, croissants, chicken salad, house-baked quiche and any of their freshly made bakery goods! You will love the warm, friendly atmosphere that the Dienger provides as well as the beautifully restored boutique offering housewares, men and women’s fashions and a quaint, small in-house bookstore.

Little Gretel

Boerne’s very own authentic German/Czech-themed restaurant is known around town for being a great place to get your brunch on.
